Who is responsible

Silva Bokis operates Image Tools. For privacy questions or requests, email colin.irwin@silvabokis.com.

Free image recovery

Your email address is used to provide access to the free recovery and apply its usage limit. Recovery claims are retained for a limited operational period. It is not added to marketing unless you separately select the optional follow-up checkbox.

Optional emails

If selected, the preference, wording version and time are recorded so we can send occasional Squarespace image advice and information about paid audit, design and development services. This choice is optional and can be withdrawn at any time by emailing colin.irwin@silvabokis.com.

Images and website information

The public image URL is retrieved to perform the requested recovery. Recovered image files are returned to your browser and are not permanently stored by Image Tools. We do not send image URLs, filenames or email addresses to Google Analytics.

Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies. It provides aggregate information about use of the recovery journey, device category and referral source. See the cookie policy for details and controls.

Service providers

The production service uses Vercel for application hosting and Supabase for recovery-claim records. If enabled, Google Analytics processes consented usage analytics. Any email provider used for requested or consented messages will process your email address for that purpose.

Your choices

You may decline analytics and marketing without losing access to the core recovery service. To request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw marketing consent, email colin.irwin@silvabokis.com.
