We check every accessible page listed in your public sitemap and identify the largest available source version of each image found. Images used on several pages are counted once.
Safe by design
Image Tools works entirely from your public website. We never gain the ability to change your Squarespace site.
We never ask for your Squarespace password or access your site admin.
No permissions or installation are needed. We cannot edit or delete your content.
Your recovery ZIP is private and automatically deleted after its stated expiry time.
Your recovery
The largest available source version of each recoverable image found, brought together in one private ZIP. An image used on several pages is included once, and anything we cannot retrieve is listed clearly.
We recover the largest version Squarespace makes publicly available, usually in the image’s original format such as JPEG or PNG. It may not be the exact uploaded file: Squarespace can resize images, often to 2,500px wide, compress them or otherwise process them.
Coverage
Password-protected pages and unused files held only in the Squarespace Asset Library are not accessible from the public website.
Pricing
Checking your site and reviewing the images found costs nothing. If you decide to buy, one payment gives you seven days to recheck the sitemap, add missing public pages and regenerate your private ZIP. Your initial discovery sets the price, which stays fixed throughout the pass. Sitemap refreshes and eligible public pages you add are included at no extra cost, even if the image count grows. The pass belongs to this Squarespace website ID and cannot be transferred to another site.

Prices are shown in GBP. At secure checkout, Stripe can show and charge your local currency where available. You’ll see the final amount before you pay.
More than 10,000 images? We’ll confirm a price separately. This is a single payment, not a subscription.

An account lets you return from another browser or device and see your saved sites and recoveries in My recoveries.
The secure email link saves your discovery results and lets you return while your ZIP is being prepared. It does not grant us access to Squarespace.

We include recoverable images found on accessible public pages in the sitemap and on any public pages you add. Repeated uses of the same image are counted once.
